Free child care services provided for those in school, looking to work

Workforce Solutions Golden Crescent will provide child care services while you work, attend school, are in training or looking for work.

To qualify for child care:

• You must live in Goliad, DeWitt, Lavaca, Gonzales, Calhoun, Jackson or Victoria County.

• You (and your spouse, if applicable) must be employed, in school or in training for a minimum of:

25 hours per week for a single parent household; or 50 hours per week combined for a two-parent household; or unemployed and looking for work? You may be eligible for 3 months of care at no cost to you.

• Your child is under 13 years of age (or a child with special needs under the age of 19)

• Your child/children are U.S. citizens or legal immigrants

• Your household meets the income guidelines for your family size.
