The City of Gonzales held its annual Jim Price Cleanup last Saturday, April 21 at Apache Field. Residents dumped batteries, scrap metal, electronics, appliances and even old mattresses. Gonzales High School Navy JROTC cadets as well as other volunteers such as Gonzales Mayor Connie Kacir (pictured) helped in the four-hour long event.
