The Cattle Country Festival, happening April 10-12, 2025 in Gonzales, announced several exciting additions to this year’s festival, including an expanded powerhouse lineup, an official festival chef, themed nights, new premium packages, and more.
Newly announced acts include Midland, Julia Cole, Angel White and The Ransom Brothers, who will join the already-stacked roster featuring Parker McCollum, Nickelback, Tanya Tucker, Clint Black, Wyatt Flores, Chase Rice, Clay Walker, Reckless Kelly, Aaron Watson, Pecos & The Rooftops, Giovannie & The Hired Guns, 49 Winchester, Wade Bowen, Drake White, Shenandoah, Ty Myers, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Tyler Halverson, Black Pistol Fire, Sophia Scott, Josh Ward, Cameron Sacky Band, Logan Mize, and late night sets by Ghostland Observatory.

CHEF JASON DADY CROWNED THE OFFICIAL CHEF OF CATTLE COUNTRY
Texas native Chef Jason Dady, a James Beard Foundation Award semifinalist and a familiar face on Food Network and Travel Channel, has been named the Official Chef of Cattle Country Festival.
Recognized as the Best Chef in San Antonio and among the “Top 50 in the World” by Texas Monthly for his barbecue — Dady will curate all food vendors and offerings at the festival so expect a handpicked selection of mouthwatering eats that reflect the heart of Texas flavor, ensuring an unforgettable culinary experience.
