Miss Gonzales Pageant will be held Saturday, Sept. 27

For the first time in three years, there will be a Miss Gonzales Pageant held and the coronation of a new royal court of girls, boys and young women to represent the community as youth ambassadors — just in time to help usher in the city’s bicentennial year.

The Miss Gonzales Pageant 2025 will take place at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 27, at the Lynn Theater. Tickets are on sale for $20 for premium seating and $10 for regular seating and are available online at https://lynntheater.com.

Tickets for the Miss Gonzales Pageant will also be available at the theater box office the day of the event from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. It is suggested patrons buy their tickets online to avoid any lines. Seating starts at 12:30 p.m.

The Gonzales Youth Ballet will have a special performance during the event, which is presented by Main Street Gonzales.

Winners will be chosen in Queen Gonzales (15-18), Junior Queen (11-14), Young Queen (7-10), Little Miss Cowgirl (4-6) and Little Mister Cowboy (4-6).

According to pageant organizer Adriane Hastings, “The Miss Gonzales Pageant is a cherished community tradition that beautifully intertwines the vibrant spirit of our hometown. As families and friends gather to witness this inspiring showcase, we invite you to become part of the fabric of our community, where connections are nurtured, and local talent shines.

“Don't miss this opportunity to experience the warmth and charm of this beloved venue, and join us in fostering a sense of unity and pride that defines Gonzales.”
