Otelia "Sally" Miller

Otelia "Sally" Miller, 90, of Gonzales, died Saturday, November 30, 2002. She was born June 14, 1912 in Lands End, Virginia to the late Charles and Matilda Muller Lederhos, both of Germany respectively. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Holmes Hospital, retired as administrator from the Elks Crippled Children's Hospital, was a member of the hospital auxiliary and was involved in the formation of the Crystal Theatre and the was involved in the Republican Party.

Survivors include two sons, Lewis Miller of San Antonio and William Terry Miller of Galveston; two daughters, Sally Carthel of Abilene and Marie Peterek of Austin; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

Memorial services will be held at the Presbyterian Church of Gonzales on Saturday, Dec. 7, 2002 at 3 p.m.
