Pilot International Club of Gonzales announces Bunco Fiesta date

The Pilot International Club of Gonzales is excited to announce its fourth annual Bunco Fiesta, scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday, May 18. This highly anticipated event will bring the community together for an afternoon of fun, food, and fundraising, all while supporting local projects and scholarships.

The Bunco Fiesta will feature a cash bar, provided by the Gonzales Elks Lodge and snacks provided by the Pilot Club members. The club would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Gonzales Elks Lodge for graciously allowing the Pilot Club to host this event at their venue again this year. Their continued support is deeply appreciated.

In previous years, funds raised from Bunco have helped support meaningful projects, including the recently completed adaptive playground in Gonzales, built in partnership with the Gonzales Lions Club. This year, the Pilot Club is excited to continue making an impact by raising money to contribute towards Traumatic Brain Injury survivors and camps, as well as other club projects that promote community growth and fund local scholarships.

Ticket Sales for the Bunco Fiesta are limited to just 108 tickets, so attendees are encouraged to secure their spots early. In addition, the club is thrilled to offer tables for $400, which guarantees grouped seating for you and your guests. You will be responsible for filling all 12 seats, ensuring a fantastic afternoon with friends, family, or colleagues.

The Pilot Club is also pleased to introduce sponsorship opportunities for this year’s event, and excited to welcome Charcuterie Thyme as the first official sponsor. Sponsorships offer an excellent way to support the event and showcase your business to the community. In addition, the Pilot Club is actively seeking silent auction donors who will be recognized as sponsors. Donations of goods, services, and experiences are encouraged and will help make the silent auction a success.

We look forward to another wonderful afternoon celebrating community, camaraderie, and giving back. For more information on purchasing tickets, sponsoring the event, or donating to the silent auction, please contact gonzalespilot@gmail.com or facebook.com/pilotclubofgonzales.
