“We’ve been here since 2012, and bought the franchise in 2016,” says co-owner DeLanna Allen. We have a sister office in Lockhart that we started in 2020 and since then the team has built a strong Central Texas network — with listings from Fayetteville to San Antonio, Round Rock, Georgetown, and even the Corpus Christi-Port Aransas area, with agents serving all these areas.

With 20 full-time agents, nearly all boasting 5+ years of experience — and some with over 30 years in the industry — the team is a powerhouse of local knowledge and dedication. “We’re not part-timers,” DeLanna emphasizes. “This is our primary job —our customers are our focus.”
