Library opens to public

Through an endowment by Barbara Jo Brothers, in honor of her father Robert Lee Brothers Jr. The new – and improved – renovated, remodeled and resurrected building at 301 St. Joseph Street, is now home to the Robert Lee Brothers Jr. Memorial Library and is open for business. Barbara Jo Brothers and a small group of family and friends participated in a ribbon cutting with the Chamber of Commerce, officially opening the library on Wednesday morning. Library patrons enjoy the new library following the Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting and many opening remarks. The new library was funded by an endowment by Barbara Jo Brothers in memory of her father.
