Mistie Ann Cleveland

Posted

On July 6, 2024, Mistie Ann Cleveland at age 41, went to sleep at home and woke up in the arms of Jesus Christ Our Lord and Savior.

Mistie was born on November 26, 1982 to Debra and Timothy Cleveland in Gonzales, Texas. Mistie loved everyone and had the kindest heart. As a child, Mistie loved being around her big sissy and little bubba. She loved hanging out with Tim and his cute, flirty friends. She always looked up to her sissy, Christie, and loved playing in her room and getting into her makeup. By the time Mistie was able to drive, she was never home. She loved riding around, listening to music, shopping, watching movies, dancing, and visiting with family and friends. She had many best friends throughout her life, but no one compared to the friendship and bond she had with her mother and granny. Not a day went by that she didn’t see her mom and call her granny. Mistie never had any children but considered her nieces and nephews as her own. She made sure to be at every sporting event and milestone in their lives. She was one of their biggest cheerleaders and the best aunt ever. She was so proud of them. Mistie has a fur baby named Faith and they were inseparable. She spoiled Faith beyond measure.

Later in life, Mistie had a lot of health conditions that she battled with all her might. No matter what she faced, she kept her faith strong and continued to have hope for healing. She had the biggest heart of gold. She never met a stranger and loved everyone. She always made sure she said hello to everyone in her path along with a big smile on her face. She loved giving to others and making others happy. She would give you the shirt off her back if needed. She was an angel walking amongst us.

She is survived by parents Debra and Timothy Cleveland, sister Christie Schroeder (Gary), brother, Timothy Cleveland II (Mayari), maternal grandmother, Evelyn Mikesh Stearns, nephew, Zack Lopez (Michelle), nieces, Brooke Schroeder, Lidia Cleveland, Heidi Cleveland, Kynleigh Schroeder, and Raven Cleveland, three great-nephews, Weston and Mason Lopez and Matthew Guerrero III, paternal aunt, Linda Cleveland (John Craven), paternal aunt, Diane Sloan, paternal uncle, Mike Cleveland (Sherian), and numerous cousins and a host of friends.
