Gonzales Healthcare Systems’ first baby of the New Year has arrived!
The 2023 New Year’s Baby was born at Gonzales Memorial Hospital on Jan. 3, 2023. 

This year, we announce that baby Leila Serenidad was born to Veronica Izaguirre on Jan. 3, 2023, at 12:19 p.m. Baby Leila was delivered by Dr. Christopher Walker, weighing in at 6 pounds 11 ounces, and 19 inches long.

Mom was presented a diaper bag full of baby items gifted by Gonzales Healthcare Systems, more baby goodies from the Ladies Auxiliary of Memorial Hospital, and a wooden rocking chair donated by Edwards Furniture.
