G-Town Striders opens summer track signups

The 2024 G-Town Striders Summer Track and Field signups are open for Gonzales athletes (ages six and 18).

Registrations will be taking place at the Gonzales ISD Track Friday, April 19 at 6 p.m.

“The G-Town Striders Gonzales Track Club is here to offer you all this and more. A chance to be the best you can be. It is track and field with some of the elite athletes of South Texas, and a chance to qualify, and compete in the National Junior Olympic Games,” coach Quincy Johnson said in press release.

“You will work harder than ever, make lifelong relationships, learn discipline and get exposure, and recognition outside of the local community. All while having the time of your life,” Johnson added.

Registration fee is $125 and parents must be present with their athlete.
