Lady Apaches sweep Ganado

The Lady Apaches bounced back from their loss to Edna with a win over the Ganado Indians on Friday, Sept. 2.

Gonzales swept the Indians in three sets — 25-18, 25-21, 25-10.

Kristyn Baker recorded 11 kills and two aces in the win over Ganado.

Carlee Ramos led the team with four aces and tied with McKenzie Hodges and Dakota Schmidt with two digs.

Hodges and Sydney McCray tied for a team-leading three blocks.

Macy Sample recorded 13 assists and Hannah Avant got 12 assists as they combined for 25 assists in last Friday’s win.
