Nixon-Smiley cross country teams compete in Luling meet

The Nixon-Smiley Mustangs cross country teams traveled to Luling for the Luling Sandia City Invitational Meet Saturday, Sept. 28.

The teams finished strong with the varsity girls finishing in 12th place overall, the varsity Mustangs finished 14th, and the eighth grade Mustangs took home eighth place at the meet.

The Mustangs will return to Luling Wednesday, Oct. 9 for the district meet.
