Gonzales Cross Country competes in Yoakum meet

The Gonzales Cross Country JV and Varsity teams are back for the 2024 season.

The Gonzales teams traveled to Yoakum for the second meet of the season.

The Lady Apaches varsity team finished third overall at the Yoakum meet; sophomore Jordyn Gonzales finished third and junior Yaritza Angel finished in ninth overall at the girls competition and on the boys competition Ckristofer Ramos finished 10th overall.

The teams will travel to Brackenridge Park in Edna for the Industrial Invitational meet Saturday, Aug. 24.
