Over the weekend, on Feb. 20 and 21, Gonzales County residents were invited to fill their own clean containers with potable water at the Gonzales Fire Station. This has been extended through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., according to a statement from City Manager Tim Patek.
Utility bills across the state are expected to increase due to increased usage and pricing of wholesale power.
